Do I need a package before I can contact you?
Not at all. Message us first — we are happy to think along about your property before you decide anything. You can also book one-off services entirely without a package.
How quickly do you reply?
Personally, typically within a few hours during office hours and always within one business day. Package clients have a 24/7 emergency line for urgent property matters.
Can we schedule a call or a viewing at my property?
Of course. Send us a message and we will plan a moment that suits your time zone — or visit your property and follow up with a photo report.
What should I include in my first message?
Whatever you have: the type and rough size of your property, its location, and what you need help with. A few photos help, but nothing is required — we will guide you from there.
Can I update my home details later (access, Wi-Fi, preferences)?
Yes. After your package is confirmed you complete a short home setup, and from then on you can view and edit these details anytime under Home details in your personal My Evurio portal — our team is notified of every change automatically. Prefer WhatsApp? That works too.
