Who we are
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Evurio (Evurio), based in Side, Manavgat, Antalya, Türkiye (“Evurio”, “we”, “us”). By requesting a package or booking a service — through our online configurator, by WhatsApp, e-mail or otherwise — you agree to these terms.
Our services
Evurio provides premium property care, including cleaning, preparation, ongoing property care, rental support and related one-off (“signature”) services in and around Side, Antalya. The exact scope of each service is described in the configurator and in your order summary. Services are performed with professional care and to a high standard; specific results depend on the condition and accessibility of your property.
Your package & contract
A contract is formed when you complete and digitally sign your package in the configurator, or when we confirm your booking in writing (including WhatsApp or e-mail). Your order summary — property tier, package, add-on services, address and applicable travel surcharge — forms part of the contract.
- Annual packages run for twelve months from the agreed start date.
- One-off services are booked per occasion, with the notice periods stated in the configurator.
- Rental packages are commission-based: commission is only charged on nights actually booked and paid.
Prices & payment
All prices are stated in euro (EUR) and are tier-based, as shown transparently in the configurator before you sign. There are no hidden fees or surprise call-outs. Cash payment is accepted in €, $, ₺ and £, converted at that day’s exchange rate. Payment options, instalments and any applicable discounts are stated in the configurator at the time of signing.
Cancellations & rescheduling
One-off services can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to the notice period stated for that service (typically 2–5 business days). For cancellations within the notice period we may charge the costs reasonably incurred. Annual packages can be terminated in accordance with the term stated in your contract; amounts already paid for services not yet performed will be settled fairly.
Keys & access
Keys entrusted to us are stored securely and coded, never labelled with your address. Access to your property is limited to the trusted team assigned to it. We log every visit; package clients receive photo reports.
Your obligations
- Provide accurate information about your property (size, access, installations).
- Ensure the property is safely accessible at the agreed times.
- Inform us of defects or special circumstances that may affect our work.
Liability & insurance
Our staff are carefully vetted and our work is covered by professional liability insurance. We are liable for direct damage demonstrably caused by our fault, up to the amount paid out by our insurer in that case, or — where no payout occurs — up to the invoice value of the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for pre-existing defects. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of the visit.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including texts, images, graphics, logos, the Evurio name and brand, page designs and the configurator — is the property of Evurio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights reserved. Copying, reproducing, distributing or otherwise using this content without our prior written permission is prohibited.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. We will always first try to resolve any complaint together — contact us and we will respond personally. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in Antalya, Türkiye.
