Cookie Policy

What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Related techniques such as local storage do something similar. They help a website function, remember your preferences, or measure how the site is used. In this policy we use “cookies” for all of these techniques.
Which cookies we use
| Category | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Required for the website and the configurator to work — such as remembering your configuration progress and keeping your account session secure. These cannot be switched off. | Configurator progress, login session |
| Preferences | Remember choices you make, such as language or a saved configuration, so you can pick up where you left off. | Saved package draft |
| Analytics | Help us understand how the website is used, so we can improve it. Only set where permitted. | Jetpack Stats |
Third-party services
Some parts of the website load content from third parties, which may involve requests to their servers — for example Google Fonts (typography) and WhatsApp (when you click a chat link, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies). We keep third-party content to the minimum needed for the website to work well.
Managing cookies
You can delete cookies and block new ones in your browser settings at any time. Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent the configurator from saving your progress. Instructions can be found in the help pages of your browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
Changes to this policy
We may update this cookie policy, for example when we add or remove services. The version published on this page applies.
